I briefly worked with Heather through Aya while trying to secure a contract in CA while living in MA. She was extremely helpful and communicative--everything I'd want in a recruiter.When she was on leave she set me up with someone in her absence who was equally as great about following up.It's so important as a recruiter to match your traveler's urgency when trying to secure a time sensitive job and I feel like Heather definitely put me at ease in feeling like landing my contract was just as important to her as it was to me.While I ended up taking a staff position and moving to CA permanently, I do not regret reaching out to work with Aya as an agency and I highly recommend Heather as a recruiter!

I have so many incredible things to say about my experience with AYA wow. I was on the fence about leaving my staff job. I was recommended to work with Melanie Stark. I was a travel nurse for almost 3 years. Had awful experiences with other companies. Melanie was heaven sent. She made me feel sooo comfortable exploring new places where I had never been before. She got me the best hospitals and I actually continued to extend until I couldn’t anymore. I felt safe and even when my contract was over she would make sure I always had a job. She held my hand and walked me through everything. If you are as fortunate as I was you will give AYA a chance but also get yourself an amazing recruiter like Melanie, I cannot say how happy I was to take the step and sign up with them. I can’t say enough great things about working with Brooke Kirkpatrick. She is an awesome recruiter who was always on top of things in preparation for a contract.
