Aya employees assisted relief and recovery efforts in Los Angeles, contributing to the combined efforts
of Red Cross and Los Angeles Regional Food Bank as they provided hundreds of thousands of meals, comfort
kits and other supplies, in addition to safe shelter for thousands. Care and recovery for animals in
need was supported through Pasadena Humane, who coordinated emergency evacuation and treatment for over
300 animals.
For families that were displaced across Kerr County and the surrounding areas, our contribution to the
the San Antonio Food Bank provided 35,000 meals.
To support emergency and ongoing relief efforts in previous years, we’ve worked with the North Carolina
Healthcare Association Disaster Relief Fund, Feeding America (providing 60,000 meals), Pup N Purr
Rescue, and Team Rubicon, whose clearance teams removed over 6,500 cubic yards — equivalent to more than
400 dump trucks — of debris in Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina.
The San Antonio Food Bank is on the ground leading emergency response efforts — delivering truckloads of
food, water and essential supplies in coordination with local pantries and partners.
