Aya Healthcare Acquires RN & Allied Specialties

The San Diego-based healthcare staffing company expands presence in Midwest with new acquisition

Aya Healthcare, the company transforming healthcare staffing nationally, has acquired RN & Allied Specialties (RNS), an Indianapolis, Ind., based nurse and allied staffing agency.

The two organizations will combine resources to expand the available products and services offered to RNS clients while simultaneously creating enhanced opportunities and benefits for RNS employees.
