Cheryl receives a note of appreciation from a facility CEO

The CEO of a facility sent Cheryl a note of appreciation after hearing some of her coworkers praise her in a recent meeting.

The note said, “Cheryl – I heard at a huddle about the extraordinary attention you gave to a patient’s family struggling with tube feeds. Thank you for providing patient-centered care and being an owner. You truly make a positive difference in the lives you touch!”
