Your payroll specialist makes sure you’re paid on time and accurately by proactively texting you once a week to ensure your hours are correct. If you have any questions about your paycheck, overtime, timesheet or anything pay related, you have an expert to turn to. Each specialist is trained on specific facilities’ payroll processes, so you’ll likely have a different specialist for each assignment.
Credentialing Specialist
Your credentialing specialist keeps your documents up to date, ensures you’re always fully compliant with facility requirements and tracks your certification renewals. They also make sure you have your reporting instructions before you arrive at a new facility. Your credentialing specialist will change based on the facility you’re assigned to.
Experience Specialist
