As group president of workforce solutions, Hansen oversees Aya’s strategic business development and operations and quality outcomes for Aya’s 40,000+ clinicians on assignment across the country. Hansen leads a team that works with over 5,000 healthcare facilities across the nation, focused on developing innovative technology and novel solutions to solve complex workforce challenges.
